These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pcre.ca (the "Site"), operated by PC (Prime Commercial) Real Estate Inc. ("PCRE", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are

- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or connected networks
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form, chatbot, or contact channel on the Site
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, provincial, or municipal law
3. MLS® / TRREB / PropTx Data Attribution & Disclaimer
Listing data displayed on this Site is sourced, in whole or in part, from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) via the PropTx / AMPRE data feed. The trademarks MLS®, Multiple Listing Service®, and the associated logos are owned by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify the quality of services provided by real estate professionals who are members of CREA.
Listing information is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Listing data may be delayed, may not reflect all activity in the market, and may not include all listings currently available. Property information is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing or leasing.
PCRE is not the listing brokerage for all properties displayed on this Site unless otherwise indicated.

All text, graphics, logos, and design elements on this Site, other than third-party listing data and trademarks noted above, are the property of PC (Prime Commercial) Real Estate Inc. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may link to or make use of third-party services, including Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and AI-assisted chat ("Petonia"). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or services. Use of these services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Electronic Communications & CASL Compliance
By submitting a contact form, chat message, or showing request, you consent to receive electronic communications (email and/or SMS) from PCRE related to your inquiry, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every commercial electronic message we send includes a clear way to unsubscribe or opt out. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying "STOP" to an SMS, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing smubeen@pcre.ca.
